WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK IN?
Check-in is available from 16:00 everyday. Depending on availability, we may be able to offer an earlier check-in at an additional fee. If we are unable to provide an earlier check-in, we can store your luggage until your room is ready.
WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO CHECK OUT?
Check-out is 10:30am. If you are ready to checkout before 10.30am, you can leave your key in your room and leave via the Out Of Hours Exit.
DO YOU HAVE WIFI?
We have free wifi available.
DO YOU HAVE PARKING?
DO I NEED TO BOOK FOR FOOD?
During busier periods especially weekends, we cannot always guarantee a table in our bar area. Table reservations are always recommended to guarantee a table. We have an amazing selection of theatrical signature cocktails and delicious street food dishes, so why not indulge on your stay with us?
HOW DO I ENTER WHEN THE BAR IS CLOSED?
Bar entry is only available during opening hours. Outside of these hours, you will be given a code to gain access.
DO YOU SERVE BREAKFAST?
Yes, we have breakfast included with all of our rooms from 8am – 9am Mon-Fri or 9am-10am Sat-Sun.
IS THERE AN IRON?
Iron’s and ironing boards are available and are located on the top floor in the ironing cupboard. You are free to take these to your room, or ask a member of the team and we will bring one to your door.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
For all bookings we require full prepayment. This is refundable up to 14 days before your booking. If you cancel after this time, sadly you will not be refunded.
